  • If an order is cancelled by us after payment, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Payments

We accept secure payments through our payment partners.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible locations.

5. Shipping

Shipping and delivery timelines are provided in our Shipping Policy. While we aim to deliver orders on time, delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

6. Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for complete details.

7. Returns & Store Credit

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, as per our Return & Refund Policy.

TJ Clothing does not offer cash refunds. Approved returns will be issued as TJ Clothing Store Credit.
