Before Dispatch

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
• To cancel your order, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your Order Number.

After Dispatch

• Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• Please place a COD order only if you are sure about your purchase.
• Repeated cancellations or refusal to accept COD orders may result in COD being unavailable for future purchases.
