Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only if you receive:

A damaged product
A defective product
An incorrect product

Return Request

Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Share your Order Number, a clear unboxing video (from opening the sealed package until the product is fully visible), and clear photos of the issue via WhatsApp or Email.
Requests made after 24 hours may not be eligible for return.

Product Condition

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

Unused and unwashed
In its original condition
With all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact
Free from stains, perfume, or any signs of use

Quality Inspection

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it. If the return meets our policy guidelines, it will be approved.

Store Credit Policy

TJ Clothing does not offer cash refunds.
Once your return is approved and passes our quality inspection, the eligible amount will be issued as TJ Clothing Store Credit.
Store Credit can be redeemed for future purchases on our website, at our store, or for orders placed through WhatsApp or Instagram.
Store Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
If your new purchase exceeds your Store Credit balance, you can simply pay the remaining amount.
Store Credit is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be redeemed by another person.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

Change of mind
Personal preference
Color variations caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings
Minor weaving or handmade irregularities that are part of the product's craftsmanship
Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Products returned without original tags or packaging
